The location near the old town is perfect for exploring and very quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The roof terrace offered stunning views and the coffee at breakfast was excellent. I really enjoyed the fresh selection of continental items. However, I faced some issues. The room cleanliness was disappointing on arrival, with hair in the bathroom indicating inadequate housekeeping. Also, there was no hot water at times, which was frustrating. Limited in-room amenities such as the lack of coffee-making facilities could be improved. With just one small pillow per person, the bedding wasn’t very comfortable either. While staff were mostly friendly, there were moments of inconsistency in service, particularly during breakfast. Overall, there’s great potential here, especially with location and breakfast quality, but they need to address cleanliness and service issues for a better experience.
